We prefer to handle most of our technical support and training either online or by telephone, but we understand that personal attention is sometimes the only means to accomplish things. And sometimes, just being able to see the computer in-person can solve many problems at once. So for some of you in the Southern California region you can request a personal consultation. Fees may vary depending on travel and other expenses, but hourly or daily fees can be negotiated.
For those of you not in the Southern California region hourly online/telephone support is your best option. Special considerations may be made for clients willing to take on travel, room, and board expenses. If you have any special request or need additional information, please contact us.
