Our commitment

Under normal circumstances we will fulfil all orders within 72 hours after receiving payment. We will only charge customers for items that have been dispatched and as agreed through the order that has been placed.

Complaints Procedure

Any query or complaint will be dealt with immediately. Customers will receive an acknowledgement within 3 working days and your issue resolved within this time frame whenever possible, but not longer than 14 working days.
